Most members are very supportive, kind and easy to relate to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct leader is always very positive, able to find solutions and supportive. My team is passionate and able to turn their care for the students into results.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel part of a team - that the lives of our student's drive the decisions they make on a daily basis. In the end, it's about the students more than it's about us.
