I have loved working with SJVC. I worked in for profit education prior to joining SJVC and had a horrible experience. I was hesitant with I joined SJVC many years ago and the culture is nothing like the previous school I worked. I am proud to be a part of SJVC. SJVC is a company of integrity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't feel that we have a healthy compensation package.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with individuals that are struggling and helping them to see success and how their role changes the lives of our students and graduates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
SJVC leadership team is very approachable. They offer support and assistance anytime I have reached out. I feel very supported by the SJVC leadership team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team really relies on one another and are supportive with the leaders and team members. I fell like my department is really a family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe that SJVC believes in and practices our core values. I feel like SJVC is a family. We care for another and are supportive to one another. We want our co-workers to succeed and feel pride in the work that we all do.
