It's a great solid company, with good benefits, good people with the same "customer service first" attitude across the board.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Transparency, customer service first, honesty, consistency

What makes you most happy at work?

Interacting with students while making money

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Every role is extremely important and we all have a voice. We unanimously work like a well-oiled machine!

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparency, operates as a collective, consistently pursuing new employee benefit options, affordable benefits, doesn't micro-manage, understanding, takes pride in providing good customer service, always feeding us, yet offers "get healthy" benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel undervalued, I just don't get paid enough. I've worked my way up in the for-profit admissions field making 70k in 2010, left to pursue self-employment for 7 years, still self-employed and missed working with students, came back to this great school, but took a huge pay cut to 52k a year
