I have loved working for this College since the day I started, however I do feel making employees feel valued and appreciated would go a long way to improving employee retention.

That it is does strive to be an inclusive, welcoming institution.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers do seem to take a genuine interest in my well-being, the office atmosphere is also generally warm and welcoming.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't actually feel like the work I do is noticed or appreciated, I do honestly feel that my rate of pay does not equal the work I put in.
