Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health benefits are ok, but the pay is under what our students are able to get right after graduating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very positive and encouraging to each other and our students. We go above and beyond to reach out and help those in need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Leadership team is always trying to improve the quality of education for our students and bringing new and creative ways to help our faculty instructors.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very well versed in educational backgrounds and experiences in our fields, being able to share ideas and bounce back feedback has been exciting.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my students succeed. Regardless of their own struggles, seeing their faces come in and they are smiling because they have news to share about their interview or job offers, and getting that "thank you" is well worth it knowing I was able to help change someone's life for the better.
