I do not enjoy my experience here at work. I do not enjoy being put down every week. I do not enjoy that we do not get support from our higher ups. I do not like that we are always on verge of being let go. There is lack of attention and support at the Fresno location. We need better management,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the company is the Fresno Admissions team which includes and included Maria Flores (Engagement Coordinator), Adlemy N.S., Sarah Raspberry, Sendy Fonseca, Elizabeth Ratto, and April Gonzalez. Other than that there is no one else.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing support, active listening, providing quality training and mentoring. They lack support and set high expectations for the Fresno Admissions team. They do not care for us yet they expect results. They talk us down and do not care about us or what we have to say. They care about the goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Admissions team at the Fresno campus are loving and caring. We care about each other and support each other since we do not get the support we need from our Campus President "Trish". Adlemy N.S. one of the previous advisor was treated poorly and fired for not meeting unattainable goals set.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish that I was supported as a Admissions team member. During our weekly meetings we are just put under stress about achieving the set goals. We carry the stress and fear that we are going to be let go at any moment because they do not car enough about us to help us and to support us.
