It is a good company overall. I think the management wants to care. but so much emphasis is often placed on things that don't really help you succeed. I think they forget what it's like working in the lower level jobs and expect it all be just done by some formula and they forget how it really is.
What makes you most happy at work?
I was very happy working from home.

It's adequate, nothing seems outstanding, it's pretty standard

helping students change their lives

They are friendly and seem to really want to care about employees

following the policies of the company, understanding they need to work and be on time
