The approaches they use to help us grow and make sure we are well taken care of, providing support and embracing our diversty
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am alone as a GE faculty, but I related very well with the DH and DA faculty they are in the same building I teach and they are awesome
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The college pays less than many other colleges around the area I would like to see the pay based on years of experience as well as degrees not a flat rate for everyone. Still love to work here!!!
