Overall I appreciate the great experience I've had. I have had many great opportunities throughout the company, which have allowed me to grow and follow my passion. I truly appreciate my current role and manager. I can not say enough positive things about my current position.

Our team has seen a lot of changes and has worked hard to encourage and support one another.

I like that they create a culture where we feel comfortable sharing our ideas, and going directly to them with any questions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are affordable and I like that there has been an increased focus to help employees learn to live a healthy lifestyle.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is our team leaders. They are supportive, understanding, and work hard to ensure our team is well informed. I feel supported in every aspect, which is something that lacked in other roles I've held.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am in a position where I get to help others. Although, the position is challenging and I don't always get the outcome I'd hoped for, I still get to come to work every day and make a difference.
