PTO is provided, which is really the best part. Health benefits provided are mediocre.

Fair wages paid to everyone.

People who really care about our members.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Healthier work place and culture to thrive, which does not exist now
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They try to make it seem like there are so many benefits, but really its just another greedy insurance company.
Some folks seem to care, but others are difficult to work with and only care about themselves.

Shorten the process from 5 steps and have competent recruiters
Have better communication, take out unnecessary "hoops" they make everyone jump through, and overall be respectful of peoples' time.

If managers listened to feedback and cared more about the employees.
Unrealistic expectations - which can be improved upon by listening to employees on feedback given.
