Mr. Gregory Irace, also known as Greg, serves as Senior Vice President of Global Services at Sanofi US Services Inc. Mr. Irace served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC, an affiliate of the sanofi-aventis Group from February 2007 to August 2011. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Sanofi-Synthelabo Inc. He served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of sanofi-aventis U.S.since February 1, 2007. He began his career at Price Waterhouse in 1980. He spent 11 years at Price Waterhouse becoming a Senior Audit Manager in 1988, and a Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance Department in 1989. In 1991 he joined Sterling Winthrop Inc. as Regional Controller and in 1993 he became Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Sanofi Winthrop L.P. He served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration of sanofi-aventis US. He served as President and Chief Executive of the U.S. Pharmaceutical Operations Division at Sanofi-Aventis. From October 1994 to January 2007, he was Chief Financial Officer of Sanofi's Pharmaceutical Operations in the United States. Mr. Irace was responsible for all U.S. commercial operations, including the United States and Puerto Rico, as well as coordination of Industrial Affairs and R&D activities within the U.S. He has been a Director at BMP Sunstone Corporation since February 24, 2011. He serves as a Director of Chattem, Inc. He received his Certified Public Accountant designation in 1982. Mr. Irace holds a B.S. in Accounting from Albany State University (New York).
