In hand salary along with the variable
vacation time allowed, especially compared to most US companies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not valued as per Market compensation
Salary increase would be good. Salary not enough for the work being done
Open policy to employees on pay bands and stock options
Annual increments are less when compare with industry
More recognition and better bonus structure

Almost everyone is positive and generally pleasant. Toxic work behaviors are generally not present.

That each employee seems to like working for Sanofi.

the ambiance is great, no toxic managers

KPIs are heavy, bias management, treat old people as weak people, no respect to experience, no welcome to ideas
