Why work for Sanofi?
Good compensation good time off good 401k. Not a lot of creativity but you can develop some technical skills. Not a lot of upward mobility but a good place to get some big pharma experience before moving on
What skills do you need to be successful in the Operations department at Sanofi?
Be politically savvy, have a very good understanding of compliance rules, speak French and show deference to your boss. There is not a big emphasis on being technically proficient. It is more about doing what you are told, not appearing threatening to your boss and supporting any idea coming top down, no matter how crazy it is.

It looks pretty good, from my perspective, seen interns, they are well treated and find it rewarding.

There is a substantial HR function. It is very professional and handles all aspects of HR.
