I am proud to say that everyone on the team are great people.
Jokes are strongly encouraged and bonuses are based on quality of jokes.
SMMA's culture is super welcoming and friendly. I love it here.
Our company culture and environment is unique in a way that there's no other company out there that care for the employees as much as this company.
The work-life balance is amazing and there are plenty of growth opportunities!

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was a little difficult for me mostly because I wasn't prepared for the whiteboard challenge.
The interviewing process was fun & inspiring, I got to meet a lot of my now best friends during the interview!
