What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Checking the backgrounds of people being laid off to prevent bullying and evil thriving in the management. Give exit interviiew to all.

The full package was aligned with a market offerings

I was fired ny a maniac manager whom i treated with nothing but kindness, yet honesty.

Great team of people but not a professional team

Nothing. Horrible covering up of an evil manager

The culture needs to change completely to attract experienced professionals

Transparency and professionalism, multiple discussions from different departments

Listen to the person and have someone with emotional intelligence and big picture thinker do the interview

Less forced overtime. Labor looked at as equals.
Culture, strategy and some leaders - all should change
I feared a manager whose inconsistency and bullying is protected by the mill leader
