Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?As a contractor, I was given no PTO or benefits. Ive been contracted with other companies who gladly give you both as you start.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They have 0 conflict resolution skills. Your company will continue to have a high retention rate due to negligence.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Restructure your entire company and eliminate your false idea of company culture. There is no structure ilat the columbus branch and they keep hiring cobtractors to do their job because they arent trained properly and are inexperienced within their field.
