Leadership is authentic and Passionate. They make you feel like we are all on the tip of the spear in pioneering rare genetic medicine therapies to unmet neuromuscular needs. Very supportive of Leadership!

They have 0 conflict resolution skills. Your company will continue to have a high retention rate due to negligence.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a contractor, I was given no PTO or benefits. Ive been contracted with other companies who gladly give you both as you start.

We are passionate about serving patients.
Company is Patient First Driven, but they also put the Employee First too. They are always thinking of fun and creative ways to recognize and award teams for their efforts.
Equity and inclusiveness. Fun and flexible culture, that promotes bringing your whole self to work.
Very colloborative and supportive. Great people, great mission.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Restructure your entire company and eliminate your false idea of company culture. There is no structure ilat the columbus branch and they keep hiring cobtractors to do their job because they arent trained properly and are inexperienced within their field.
