What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is professional and polished however communication is limited, they favor their " click" team
I don't really like them.
Very Approachable, frequently recognizes employee's and their accomplishments.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying employees a better wage. We are the backbone of this company. We work harder than corporate. Ask me more i have plenty to say
Communication : open to patient complaints just being more open to feedback !! They don't care
Paying people fairly and working on retention.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the compatible hourly pay is good

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work never stops and other departments can't follow the rules so you get huge influxes all at once and then short luls before it starts again.
The workload is immense for the compensation. Merit increases do not keep up with inflation. There isn't enough people to spread out the work to make compensation fair.
Extremely low base salary. Comission bonus structures frequently change, making it even more difficult to achieve top tier bonuses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
HR are a good supportive team
The coworkers were the best part
Always willing to help, love to see eachother succeed
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Assisting the patients when you get the call it's call center why are calls being routed to certain employees as if we work case by case on accounts
My direct team is great. Everyone outside of that is quite inconsiderate and rude.
Actually read emails to understand them and not just get through them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not everyone knows who I am so they don't all bother me.
Sometimes the building is empty and I don't have to interact with anyone else.

What did you like most about the interview process?
it didn't take too long
It was easy to get the job the recruiter was very nice
I was able to speak with a current account manager before moving on to my final interview.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
My process wasn't horrible, but it they were stringing my friend along for 6 months before he was finally able to start.
Be more transparent and fast.
What makes you most happy at work?
the clean atmosphere, smiley friendly coworkers
I get paid every two weeks.
Leaving and knowing I'm going to get paid.
Being able to provide valuable, life changing solutions for my customers and their patients.
