Great company, care about their employees, healthy culture/environment
Company culture is toxic and most people work 12 hour days just to keep up. If one person on your team takes PTO everything falls apart and everyone starts drowning in work to pick up the slack. Leadership doesn't care about employees and only wants to maintain control and the bottom line.
Way more work than there are people. Very little organization for projects. Minimal communication from management.
Alright pays the bills that's about it and weekends off
Given impossible tasks and ignored anout any issues that arise until termination for issues that are betond the employess control and due to mis management
