Paying people fairly and working on retention.
The work never stops and other departments can't follow the rules so you get huge influxes all at once and then short luls before it starts again.
The workload is immense for the compensation. Merit increases do not keep up with inflation. There isn't enough people to spread out the work to make compensation fair.
Extremely low base salary. Comission bonus structures frequently change, making it even more difficult to achieve top tier bonuses.
Assisting the patients when you get the call it's call center why are calls being routed to certain employees as if we work case by case on accounts
My direct team is great. Everyone outside of that is quite inconsiderate and rude.
Actually read emails to understand them and not just get through them.
