Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Time to attend Webex meetings in regards to training/benefits in webex meetings. Significant decrease in retirement match, increase in health insurance premiums, having to wait almost a year to receive retention bonus, only 2.5% increase in pay after having worked 16hr days, short staffed
