What do you like best about the leadership team?
Caring, empathic, defiant, proactive, decisive, extremely smart
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team must prioritise paying their employees and managing the company properly. They need to figure out what the structure of the company is since no one knows or agrees on the company structure.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity is good. Now that the company is public looking to move to RSU plan, so very favourable for employees - at least those who believe in the product and long-term upside.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They use their employees as a shield against their own bad decisions. I would feel better about my compensation if it was actually paid out as per my contract.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Amazing culture, everyone pushes forward, proactively learning, egos aside, collaborative, the best culture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership and management must ensure that they pay their employees and honour the employment contract instead of trying to deflect blame to the employee
