What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity is good. Now that the company is public looking to move to RSU plan, so very favourable for employees - at least those who believe in the product and long-term upside.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They use their employees as a shield against their own bad decisions. I would feel better about my compensation if it was actually paid out as per my contract.
