The worst experience for an employee in any company in the world

What did you like most about the interview process?

Nothing was good except that I was hired

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Integrity, fairness, lack of favoritism, non-injustice and giving rights

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They should care about work and self-development and not rely on their friendship with managers within the company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees must be evaluated, and higher positions and salaries are given based on competence and skill and not based on kinship or personal and family friendships.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Bad managers, delays in salaries of more than 6 months, 8 years without a salary increase, and the same without a bonus, a bad work environment, even worse.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Change the board of directors, take care of employees and conduct professional assessments and interviews for them, improve the salaries of the most qualified employees and fire others who do not, and conduct continuous employee training
