I'm fairly new here but the culture has been eye opening. Its much better than previous experiences. Given Covid the onboarding process could use a little bit of refining to learn systems and ways of working but it has not been a detriment in getting my job done

The freedom to perform my job but also check-in to see if I need help/guidance

Everyone's willingness to help with common issues and sharing concerns that other team members have found
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher salary. The benefits are incredible and the RSU/stock options are great but a higher annual salary that's more competitive with the industry would be very beneficial
