We are task oriented, and we take the time to help each other. Our team is one of my favorite things I like about SBA.
What makes you most happy at work?
Creating a direct impact on the growth and development of the company is what make me most happy. Creating ideas and receiving support from management to implement these ideas is rewarding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was given an entry level title, but my responsibilities are of a senior professional. I wish my title and compensation matched the level of projects and tasks I am constantly given. I understand this is not a company issue, but something specific to my department. I really enjoy working at SBA.
