What makes you most happy at work?
I have been fortunate to work remotely since Covid and I fervently hope that they will allow some of us to continue working from home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although I have appreciated receiving the annual 3.5% (highest in my department) salary increase, I wish they would consider increasing it based on amount of years employed.
