They've made each employee a shareholder and continually try to improve each employee's job knowledge, team engagement, and work/life balance. They make large donations to local communities and pay for each employee to volunteer in our community for 16 hours a year (2 full work days per employee!).
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a group of kind-hearted individuals who care about the health and well-being of the rest of the team. They celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, promotions, wedding anniversaries, baby showers, etc. They are not too proud to help out with the most basic of tasks to get the work done.
