Just being productive and being able to work with people who also like to be challenged and productive makes me happy at work. It's never a dull moment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to what my needs and allow me to explore my career goals within my scope of work. When I needed to further my education, my leadership team didn't hesitate to accommodate my work schedule to meet my needs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people really make the culture and environment at SBA. Everyone is dedicated and productive as we all work towards are common goals. We have an excellent group of people at SBA and I'm honored to be part of this great team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I foster an inclusive environment among my peers and it has definitely helped everyone come together and understand how everyone's specific role affects each other. Everyone in my team strives to do their best so that the work is done seamlessly and efficiently among everyone.
