SBA's top management have always done what they stated they would do and I respect that. I like the people I report to and I love the team that I manage. SBA is just a real good fit for me.

We all know our goals from the very top to the very bottom, and we are always working as a team to get there.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know I make a difference and am needed here at the office I work at. This gives me a sense of self worth and makes me feel wanted and appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work with daily are all loyal to SBA and we work with one goal in mind. Be successful at our level, and provide great service to our customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is fair. I believe I'm getting a good days pay for a good days work. Also, SBA invests a ton of money in making sure our employees have great benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I truly believe they are listening to their employees while at the same time doing the best they can to support our shareholders of the company. I've been with the company for 22 years and have had multiple offers from competitors to leave, but haven't because of SBA's top leaders.
