I love working with people and I know every day will be different. I love a challenge and developing new skills both of which are guaranteed at SBA.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have become more visible and have shared openly during town hall meetings and team member update calls. This allows us to feel more connected to the leadership team, and to get to know them better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's very robust, I don't think I can select one thing. My salary is good, we are all stock owners, we have a tuition reimbursement program, SBA contributes to our HSA, our medical benefit rates are competitive.
