Fast paced, results driven culture yet we also benefit from having a business casual dress code

Diversity of thought. We also have great working relationships with each other, resulting in a positive work environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fair/competitive and multi faceted (e.g. esp. bonus plan and RSU program). Plus, it motivates me even more to continue to have an ownership mindset.
