Low pay rate based on market analysis throughout the US. High turn over based on a lack of managerial and financial support as well as lack of effective management.
Bonuses part of agreement but not paid. Merit increases non existent.
Wages are fair and in line with industry. Company could definitely improve in terms of predictability of bonuses and additional compensation.
