What are the team outings like at Scality?
not as many as most companies but when we do it we go big. This January 2018 the entire company, 250 empoyees are being flown to France to stay in a Villa on the beach....this isn't a conference, its just to mingle.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Scality?
I was told everything. No real surprises.
How's the morale at Scality?
passionate. we work very hard and it can be tiring but to maintain the "Leader in Object Storage" title (Gartner Magic Quadrant) against IBM we have to fight harder. David and Goliath situation.

21 nationalities from 11 countries. Split in gender
What's the office layout like at Scality?
The views from San Francisco are breathtaking. 360 degree views of the Golden Gate, Alcatraz, etc.
What unique perks and benefits does Scality provide?
Sports incentive program - $1500 towards sports members ships every year. Wellness program - yoga instructor and mindfulness coach come every week. Health program, subsidize quality lunches and cater lunch twice per week. Shadow program - get the chance to live and work for a few weeks from any of our offices: Japan, Germany, UK, Paris, Washington DC, Boston and our HQ in San Francisco.
