Mr. William Keller Kissam has been the Senior Vice President at SCANA Corp. since 2011 and President of Retail Operations at South Carolina Electric & Gas Company, a subsidiary of SCANA Corp. since December 1, 2011 respectively. Mr. Kissam is responsible for the operation, maintenance and construction of the its electric and natural gas energy delivery systems and has responsibility for customer service functions as well. He served as Senior Vice President of Retail Electric and Gas Operations - Sce&G at SCANA Corporation until December 1, 2011. Mr. Kissam served as a Manager of Contract Administration and Vice President of South Carolina Pipeline Corporation from 1990 to 1996; Vice President Of Gas Operations of South Carolina Electric & Gas Company from 1996 to 2003 and Vice President of Electric Operations of South Carolina Electric & Gas Company from 2003 to 2011. He previously served on the boards of Hammond School, Senior Resources, Clemson University Board of Visitors, Carolina Children's Hospital and chaired both United Way and March of Dimes campaigns. He is the President of the South Carolina Independent School Association, The Citadel Hall of Fame Committee, Former Regimental Commander's Association and has served as a Sunday school teacher at Shandon United Methodist Church for fifteen years.He served as the Regimental Commander of the South Carolina Corps of Cadets and was the recipient of the Order of the Palmetto at The Citadel. Mr. Kissam received Bachelor of Arts degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.
