What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Encouragement to get things done rather then get them done perfectly, collaboration, trust, transparency, low ego
Everyone is super warm, friendly, helpful. It's really exciting getting to meet with people who live all over the world and from different cultural backgrounds.
Constantly rewarding employees with micro-adventures, nights out with the family. Most importantly we all come together to get the job done.

Interviews were very conversational and genuine interest around not just who I am as an employee but who I am as a person

What makes you most happy at work?
When the many meetings get cancelled; not going through the multiple layoffs.
Doing my job well, learning and being challenged, feeling valued and supported by leadership and colleagues
