Pto is good but there’s not enough backup coverage so you end up having to do more work when you get ba

the affordable healthcare is a great perk

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is good--that's why so many people stay.

If they paid us and gave us time off.

Pay us more than they lay a fast food worker. We deal with millions in knventory yet get paid like we didnt go to college.

They are quick to add to work load without extra conoensation. In my short time working there they have already added ti my job description and it coukd become tok much.
