I do not get clear feedback about workperformance. It all stems from there.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fewer meetings because they are repetitive, pointless, and keep people from doing their work.
Too much "water-cooler" chatter that stops production. No quality department means that some poor quality assemblies go on the shelf to ship to customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we have flexible start/end times in the day, as long as we complete our work and get 80 hours in a week.

There was an aptitude test, which gave me a lot of confidence in my employers picking me for the right reason.
