The pay is decent, but the hours are not. If I was full time, after my 2.5+ years with the company, then they would be more consistent and I wouldn't need a yearly pay raise, I would have enough hours to make up for the less pay.
My franchise group pays almost all of the healthcare cost.
Compensation is equal to what others pay
If the company offered any documentation or data available on pay scales.
More money and real benefits
Just someone to actually listen to ideas other than their own.
No one is paid a livable wage. Corporate expects a level of commitment they aren't willing to pay for. "The instructors understand the pay is what it is. They don't get paid well on gigs either" is the excuse I was given when I inquired about why rates are so low.
No pay transparency at all.
Low ball pay. Very very low. Wow! I can't believe it's that bad.
They should pay a living wage and have a decent pto policy.
It is all a mess. Franchise owner makes 5x what they should considering how they pay and treat staff. If you require talented and experienced indivduals to work there pay us as such
10 days paid time off per year, that includes sick time. It simply isn't enough considering most weeks we work 50-60 hours. Our bonus plan was just changed to punish under performing school instead of trying to encourage growth.
