Low pay, change in pay (lower wages or secondary rate that is half of normal rate), no benefits, they say a perk is beingn able to get shifts covered by subs but subs and other instructors are overworked or unwilling, no PTO, no set raises, bonuese and prep time pay cut a day before checks were sent
It was informal and comfortable
