Good job, very rewarding, not the best pay
Cares about what they do
They are open to addressing concerns and positive and supportive. Above all they are transparent.
My general manager and music director and very understanding and generally try to make things work of I need a day off or am too sick to come in. I appreciate everything they've done for me and for fighting for me to potentially become full time, even though it falls on deaf ears.
Everyone on the team is very supportive.
Options to particioate in some areas.
The pay is decent, but the hours are not. If I was full time, after my 2.5+ years with the company, then they would be more consistent and I wouldn't need a yearly pay raise, I would have enough hours to make up for the less pay.
My franchise group pays almost all of the healthcare cost.
Compensation is equal to what others pay
My team is the only thing that gives me hope

Getting to meet the owners and demonstrate my talent.
It was too easy. I got the job without the managers even seeing me play. I could've been a complete amateur, but I fit the instrument and schedule they needed, and that's good enough. Something to keep in mind.
