They don't always remember what it is like to be in the schools now.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I work with all of the teachers in my building, I don't belong to one team.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to work with the students and I see that I am making a difference.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We put in overtime (during the summer, weekends, evenings) but we never get any pay for that time. We are also often held over our hours for meetings.
