Better leads. Previous supervisor picked bad ones.

Incentives, no motivation to do any more than just enough.

It's very obvious that they do not appreciate their production employees sacrifices.

Too many problems to list. Lead men are toxic and arrogant. Our new supervisor may be an improvement. Still too early to tell.
