Mr. Richard M. Haddrill, also known as Dick, has been an Executive Vice Chairman of Scientific Games Corporation since December 2014. Mr. Haddrill served as President of Alliance Gaming Corp. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bally Technologies, Inc. since May 23, 2014. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bally Technologies, Inc. from October 1, 2004 to December 14, 2012 and as its President from October 1, 2004 to March 30, 2011. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Manhattan Associates Inc. from October 1999 to July 2004 and served as its President from October 1999 to April 12, 2004. He has Software extensive supply chain experience and a reputation for building innovative, market leading companies. He served as the President of Powerhouse Technologies, Inc. from August 21, 1996 to June 1999 and Chief Executive Officer from June 18, 1997 to June 1999. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of United Wagering Systems Inc. ('UWS'), also a subsidiary of Powerhouse Technologies, Inc. since February 1996. He joined Powerhouse Technologies Inc. in December 1994 as Executive Vice President of operations and served in various position until September 1996, like Chief Financial Officer until May 15, 1997 & also its Treasurer since December 1994. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Automated Wagering International Inc. since June 18, 1997 as its President since December 1996. From July 1992 to November 1994, he served as an Executive Vice President, Corporate and President of international subsidiaries of Knowledgeware, Inc. Prior to joining Knowledgeware, Inc. in 1991 as Chief Financial Officer, he served as a Managing Partner of the Colorado and New Mexico offices of the accounting firm of Ernst & Young from August 1989 to October 1991 and held various positions as a Partner or employee with Ernst & Young from January 1975 to September 1989. He served as a Consultant of Anchor Gaming from June 1999 to October 1999. He has been Chairman of The Board of Corrective Education Company, LLC since June 2013. He serves as the Vice Chairman of American Gaming Association. He served as the Vice Chairman of Manhattan Associates Inc. since July 2004 and its Director since October 1999. He has been an Executive Director of Bally Technologies, Inc. since April 2003. He served as a Director of TrueDemand Software, Inc. since February 5, 2007. He serves as a Director of Outlooksoft Inc. and American Gaming Association. He served as the Chairman of Bally Technologies, Inc. from November 4, 2012 to May 23, 2014. He served as a Director of Anchor Gaming from June 1999 to October 1999. He served as Director of JDA Software Group Inc. since January 1, 2011 and its Lead Independent Director since May 2012. He served as a Director of Outlooksoft Corp. and Danka Business Systems PLC from February 2002 to December 7, 2004. He received a BS Degree in Business from the University of Michigan in 1974. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Finance from the University of Michigan.
