the work we do is very meaningful, challenging and rewarding. the company listens to our feedback and does its best to make any necessary adjustments and improvements needed. I feel appreciated and well taken care of!

Very challenging and exciting work and opportunity to lead cross-departmental teams to success. Career advancement is uncertain and I'm worried certain skills and achievements are overlooked and only limited specific contributions are being seen. Fortunately that is changing, hopefully fast enough.

They're passionate in what they do.

Overall I have had a positive experience at Scipher. There have been a number of employees leave- but in most cases (IMO) they were not a total loss- it is hard to be short employees especially with a small company but recruiting and retaining the right person is most important.
