Very challenging and exciting work and opportunity to lead cross-departmental teams to success. Career advancement is uncertain and I'm worried certain skills and achievements are overlooked and only limited specific contributions are being seen. Fortunately that is changing, hopefully fast enough.

Overall I have had a positive experience at Scipher. There have been a number of employees leave- but in most cases (IMO) they were not a total loss- it is hard to be short employees especially with a small company but recruiting and retaining the right person is most important.

I am proud and excited to be part of a progressive startup that values big thoughts and ideas.

They are direct, accountable and open to hearing others' input!

They seem to care considerably about their contribution to the company and the people that work for them.

Scipher's benefits are fantastic overall but not having to pay for Health coverage- needs to be highlighted more- and that Scipher allows all spouses and dependents on the health plan at no cost.

Every part is equal and as important as the next.

My role is in high demand in all industries and especially in my local area and with my skills and experience I could leave for a higher overall package. I want to stay and would like an assessment of those alternatives considered before I have to test that myself.
