Overall I have had a positive experience at Scipher. There have been a number of employees leave- but in most cases (IMO) they were not a total loss- it is hard to be short employees especially with a small company but recruiting and retaining the right person is most important.

There is a wealth of knowledge on our team with an eagerness to learn even more

I believe that the leadership team does have the best interest in the success of Scipher in mind. They have done a good job at securing investors and funding.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Scipher's benefits are fantastic overall but not having to pay for Health coverage- needs to be highlighted more- and that Scipher allows all spouses and dependents on the health plan at no cost.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a great team of colleagues not just in my team but with others that I couldn't be successful without. Knowing that Scipher is changing the way medicines are prescribed to help with health outcomes for patients.
