My team is very responsive and hard working. Their talent and dedication shows in the high volume of quality work produced.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role is in high demand in all industries and especially in my local area and with my skills and experience I could leave for a higher overall package. I want to stay and would like an assessment of those alternatives considered before I have to test that myself.
