benefits are 100% company paid. Equity for all employees and bonuses!

Scipher's benefits are fantastic overall but not having to pay for Health coverage- needs to be highlighted more- and that Scipher allows all spouses and dependents on the health plan at no cost.
Free medical, dental, and vision for employees and their families. Also, great vacation allowance.
