What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent with all the employees. They are personable and make themselves accessible. Not only that, but they create programs that align employee success with company success and try to ensure that people's hard work is recognized and compensated for.

What are some of the best things about your team?
collaborative, and resourceful, however, everyone is too busy trying to keep their heads above water due to being responsible for the jobs of ten people. There is a lot of talent and also turnover because they over promise the job and don't pay you enough to even pay your bills. avoid if possible

I was hired contract so my process wasn't the norm but the people are really genuine.
